iGone pH balanced Iron and Fallout Remover
If your car feels scratchy after washing, iGone might be able to help, this feeling is normally caused by ‘fallout’ and is found mainly in areas of high industry, railway stations or lots of trees. You need to remove the contaminant before any waxes are applied or they don’t stick properly. Not only does iGone do a fantastic job but whilst it’s working, it looks goods too by turning deep red as it dissolves the nasties.
Here’s the best way to use iGone: After washing the car, spray iGone on to the areas you can feel contaminants. The best way to identify these is by putting your hand in an empty sandwich bag and gently running it over the paint, if you hear a noise it’s likely to be fallout. You can spray as much as you like, it wont hurt anything, stand back and leave for a minute or two and watch as the magic happens. After a few minutes, with a gloved finger, rub one of the spots and see if it goes, then grab a fresh bucket of Bubbles Shampoo and your Super 8 wash mitt and re wash the car or pressure wash off.
You can also use iGone on your wheels once they’ve been cleaned with Eau Rouge. Spray over a clean wet wheel and agitate with a detail brush, it will clean them deeper by removing the invisible brake dust, again you’ll see your wheel turn red in the contaminated areas. Spray iGone on again and if nothing happens your wheel is spotless, rinse off well…
Don’t use it in direct sunlight, if iGone goes white, spray again to re activate it.
